Description
The MPT Caulking Gun (MHI02001) is made for clean, controlled sealing work, from bathroom and kitchen jobs to windows, roofing and construction sites. The frame is made from A3 (Q235) steel, a strong, tough carbon steel that holds its shape under pressure and stands up to daily job-site use. A powder-coated finish protects it from rust, scratches and sealant buildup and makes it easy to wipe clean.
The 6:1 thrust ratio is the gun’s key advantage. Each squeeze of the trigger is multiplied six times, delivering up to 800N of push force to the cartridge plunger. That makes it easy to dispense thick materials such as construction adhesive, polyurethane sealant and cold-weather silicone. The pressure stays consistent, so the bead is smooth and even, with less hand fatigue.
The 9″ (230mm) frame fits standard cartridges (about 280–310ml), the most common size for silicone, acrylic caulk, sealants and adhesives sold in hardware stores.
