Description

The MPT MDCD1205 is a professional handheld diamond core drill for making clean, round openings in concrete walls and floors. Plumbers, electricians, aircon installers, and contractors use it for pipe, conduit, and duct penetrations. It runs on an 1800W motor with 100% copper windings and drills holes up to 120 mm in diameter. A two-stage gear reduction gives it high torque, so the bit keeps turning steadily under load, and the variable speed switch (0–2,200 rpm) lets you start holes smoothly and match the speed to the bit size. The drill is protected two ways: motor temperature control prevents overheating, and anti-leakage protection guards the user against electrical faults when drilling with water. It handles overload well and is lightweight and ergonomic for handheld use. The drill includes a water seal attachment for wet coring and comes in a sturdy blow-molded carrying case.
