Description
The MPT MPTW1503 is a socket fusion welding machine for joining plastic pipes and fittings. It works with PPR, PE, PB, and PVDF water lines used in home plumbing, building water systems, and irrigation. A dual-switch system lets you choose 750W for normal heating or switch on the full 1500W for faster heat-up and larger pipe sizes. The thermostat adjusts from 0 to 300°C, so you can set the right fusion temperature for each pipe material. The heating plate is thick and wide, which spreads heat evenly for strong, leak-free joints. A thickened aluminum stand holds the machine steady while you weld, whether on a bench or on the floor. The kit includes six heating socket (die) sizes from 20 mm to 63 mm, covering the most common pipe diameters from ½” to 2″. It suits plumbers, contractors, maintenance crews, and homeowners doing their own water line installation and repair.
