MPT Rubber Mallet

Description

The MPT Rubber Mallet is for jobs where a steel hammer would do damage. The head uses MPT’s new high-quality rubber material, which delivers solid force while staying non-marring. It won’t dent, chip, scratch or leave marks on wood, tile, stone, plastic, painted metal or finished surfaces. The rubber also cushions each blow and reduces rebound, so you can tap parts into place gently and accurately.

The double-layer anti-vibration fiberglass handle absorbs shock before it reaches your hand and wrist, so it stays comfortable through long jobs. Fiberglass is light and strong. It resists moisture, oil and weather and won’t swell, crack or rot like wood, so it holds up indoors and outdoors.

Choosing a size:

• 8 oz (MHD05001-8): light and precise. Good for furniture and cabinet assembly, fitting joints, tapping small parts, crafts and leatherwork, and light upholstery.
• 16 oz (MHD05001-16): more striking force. Good for laying floor and wall tiles, pavers, setting laminate and vinyl planks, knocking out panel dents, driving tent and camping stakes, and general construction work.

Each mallet comes with a flag sticker in an OPP bag, ready for retail display. It’s a useful tool for tile setters, carpenters, flooring installers, auto body workers, campers and home DIY users.
